So on 31st January, the same day we got to know our postings, I met up with the lesbinis for a little shopping trip. Sadly Ila and Seha couldn't join us if not it would be perfect, so I carried on with Dilla, Khai and Dayana. Our main intention was to buy jeans from Uniqlo because they were on sale! From $49.90 to $19.90, a definitely must grab! As I was getting ready to go out, my parents suddenly handed me 2 $50 notes and told me to use that money to buy some stuff. I totally did not ask my parents for money, I never have because I don't feel good asking money from parents every time I want to go out. I had a feeling my parents gave me such a huge amount partly because they were happy I made it to a poly. But who knows?
We basically shopped at 313 Somerset, SCAPE and Bugis! It was my first shopping with this bunch and I honestly think it's so much fun shopping with them. We make such a great shopping team! We give honest opinions, we share the same taste and we only buy cheap thrills which is so worth it, lesser money we spent on 1 item = more items we are able to buy. I got a studded cluth, a pair of shoes, a pair of Cotton On slippers, a gorgeous ring, a pair of Uniqlo purply blue jeans and a flowery top! I spent below $25 for each item which is awesome. Overall I'm happy with my buys. The girls did not go home empty handed too, each of us managed to get something.
I still need to get so many more clothes because- yknow poly. I actually thought I wouldn't really mind if we had to use uniform to poly because it would save me so much trouble and time thinking what do I have to wear for school 5 days every week. Yup, my confession.
